Families will learn yoga poses with fun music and games.  This is a great class to gain self confidence, sense of community and social skills. Great for children ages 2-5 with their caregivers.

Get long, lean muscles and improve posture with this Dancer workout. This low impact class increases heart rate while toning the entire body with ballet inspired exercises at the barre and core work and stretching in the center.  No dance experience needed.
