All classes can be modified for the individual’s body and ability, and you can even take a private class for one-on-one instruction. Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a flowing practice that connects breath to movement to find balance in the body and mind. Build strength, increase flexibility, improve balance all while reducing stress! Suitable for all levels.

Sway Barre

Get long, lean muscles and improve posture with this Dancer workout. This low impact class increases heart rate while toning the entire body with ballet inspired exercises at the barre and core work and stretching in the center. No dance experience needed.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga is a slower paced class that focuses on breath, stretching, and proper alignment of poses. Perfect class for beginners or those who want to slow down and reset.

Family Yoga

Family Yoga is a great way to get you and the kids moving! Develop mental and emotional wellness while Improving coordination, strength, and flexibility. Families will learn yoga poses with fun music and games. This is a great way for families to connect and play together! Ages 4+

Sway Abs

Sway Abs

This class is a mix of yoga and core strengthening exercises. Creating strong abs and a strong spine is vital to being healthy. We’ll warm up with a yoga flow then work the core with planks, Pilates, and all kinds of ab and spine strengthening moves. This class is an excellent complement to your regular yoga practice.

Adult Ballet

Adult Ballet

Experience the joy of movement and creative expression while focusing on the fundamentals of classical ballet. This class is designed to create long lean muscles and increase coordination, memory, flexibility, and an overall enjoyment of artistic expression. Dance and/or ballet experience recommended.

Private Classes

Private Classes

We offer Private yoga classes for individuals or groups of any age with any level of experience with yoga. These classes will be designed to your personal needs whether if be Increase flexibility, relieve pain, injury recovery, lose weight, tone muscles, relax, meditate, and/ or improve overall health and wellness.

We also offer private dance lessons give children and adults the opportunity to work one-on-one with the teacher. Private lessons are ideal for dancers that want to improve their technique or need specific coaching on technique, choreography or audition preparation.

Beginner Yoga

Beginner Yoga

Are you interested in yoga, but nervous about coming to a class? We have just the thing for you. We will cover yoga sequences, the foundations of the poses, and any questions you may have. We have mats and all other equipment you may need, so just wear something comfortable and come Sway with us.

Mommy and me

Mommy and Me Yoga

This class is for moms and their little ones. Moms can begin to rebuild strength and stretch to help release tension in the body while connecting with their baby. It is also a great way for moms to meet and socialize.

Mommy and Me Ballet

A fun class for children ages 2-5 and Moms to dance and play. We will learn basic ballet movement and children will learn about rhythm, movement, coordination, spatial awareness, and improve motor skills. Children are encouraged to use their imagination to explore movements like different kinds of animals, fairytale characters, and objects in nature.

Kid's Yoga

A Yoga class just for kids! Ages 6-12. Yoga helps to increase flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. It also helps imprive their concentration, calmness, and relaxation.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga will empower you, giving you the tools to learn how to cope with pregnancy discomforts and labor pain. We emphasize gentle stretching and supported strengthening poses to nurture the pregnant body.  Through centering, movement, breath, and sound, you will end practice feeling calm, confident, refreshed, and deeply connected to your baby.  No previous yoga experience necessary.
